Our Process

Stage One - Meet and Greet

Before we start with helping you to build your new home we want to ensure you have everything you want and need. From the land and house packages we have available, we will make sure that the plan and location you select fits your requirements, and your budget.

Stage Two - Home Concepts

Once you have selected the plan that fits for you, we can discuss any minor tweaks you may require, and then present these as updated concept plans. From there you can visualise your new home and how it will look on your site.

Stage Three - Quoting

Once you have signed off on your plans, we will begin costing the project for you. We will then arrange a time to sit down with you and present you with a summary of what is included and excluded in the price, as well as discussing any additional changes you may be wanting.

Stage Four - Drawings and building consent

Once you have accepted the quote for your new home, we will provide an agreement and deposit will be required. The drawings will then be completed and submitted to local council to begin the process of gaining building consent.

Stage Five - Building Begins

Once we have the building consent approved from the council we can begin your house build. We will provide a schedule which will provide key dates and start times. As no two builds are the same, we will regularly update you on the build progress and provide you with access to our easy-to-use software, so you can keep up to date.

Stage Six - Finishing Touches

When the build is complete, we will go through and complete any finishing touches. We will walk you through your new home to ensure that everything is as per the specification. 

Stage Seven - Handover

Your build is complete, and Watermart Homes will hand over your new home to you.
